1. Who We Are

• Campus Recruitment Mentor is a group of experienced working professionals from the IT and related industries.

• We have come together with a noble cause – to empower students and support colleges in bridging the gap between academia and the IT industry.

• Our goal is to mentor, guide, and prepare students for campus recruitment and beyond, not to act as a commercial coaching or training institute.

2. Nature of Services

• Campus Recruitment Mentor provides career-readiness mentorship programs which include:

  • Internship project guidance aligned with real-world IT practices.

  • Training on technical and soft skills required in the corporate world.

  • Industry readiness sessions and mentorship for students.

  • Advisory support to colleges to strengthen their placement preparedness.

• We are not a coaching institute, coding tutorial center, or placement agency.

3. No Job Guarantee

• Campus Recruitment Mentor does not guarantee jobs, placements, or internships.

• The outcome of our programs depends on the student’s commitment, practice, and performance.

4. Student Responsibilities

• Students are expected to:

  • Actively participate in sessions.

  • Complete project work and assignments.

  • Take personal ownership of their learning.

• We are not responsible for undesired outcomes due to lack of effort, irregular attendance, or incomplete participation.

5. College Partnerships

• With colleges, our role is to support and complement academic learning, not replace official curriculum.

• Colleges retain responsibility for internal evaluations, certifications, and academic progress.

6. Use of Information

• All materials shared (training content, project guidelines, templates) are strictly for educational use and must not be reproduced or misused.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Campus Recruitment Mentor will not be liable for:

  • Non-selection in recruitment drives.

  • Job or internship outcomes beyond our control.

  • Misinterpretation of our services as “job assurance” or “shortcut training.”

• Our liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for the respective service.

8. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain professional behavior and respect towards mentors.

• Any misuse of our brand, content, or name can result in removal from the program without refund.

9. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms anytime. Users will be notified of significant updates.
